Apple Insurance Agency was formed on December 23, 1994 as a result of a merger between the existing business of Guy Appleby Insurance and Graham-Swigart Insurance agencies. The combined book of business along with three partners, Guy Appleby, Prestie Rankin, and Roger Swigart began operation from 511 Electric Avenue, Lewistown. The business continues to operate from this location, although now owned and managed by Roger Swigart and Kyle Rankin, following the retirement of Guy Appleby and Prestie Rankin.
Prior to and continuing through the merger, it has always been the philosophy of the owners of the agency to provide the best possible service at a reasonable and fair cost to the customer. Utmost importance is placed upon customer service and product knowledge. We will spend the extra time to educate the customer about the insurance product in detail. We wish to be known for our quality of service, quick response, friendly atmosphere, and attention to detail.
